- Description
- This is a solicitation for commercial items. The announcement constitutes the only solicitation; and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is being issued as a Request For Quotation (RFQ) # DOL072J10058 in accordance to FAR Part 13, NTE $38,000.00. Maintenance for i620 Kodak Scanner, Cantata Fax Boards, (2) Cantata 8 Port Fax Board, (s) Cantata 16 Port Fax Board, (1) Cantata 24 Port Fax Board, and Quick Modules Software (Period of Performance: 10/01/2007 ? 9/30/2008). FOB Destination Washington, DC. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement by submitting quotations. The Government will consider all quotes received by the date/time specified in this synopsis. The purchasing activity is not responsible for locating or securing any information which is not identified in the quotation and reasonably available to the purchasing activity. All Quotes shall be submitted to the Bureau of Labor Statistics, PSB Room 1830, 2 Massachusetts Ave. NE, Washington, DC 20212, no later 3:00p.m. EDT Oct 11, 2007, and be clearly marked with RFQ# DOL072J10058. The point of contact for all information is Tammy Lake Purchasing Agents, at the address listed above and email address Lake_T@bls.gov. If your response is not received by the date/time and at the location specified in the announcement, it will not be considered. No hand carried quotes will be accepted. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will be distributed through the FedBizOpps (FBO) site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring the FBO site to ensure that they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition. Fax proposals are encouraged and must state name, address, and solicitation number. An original copy of the proposal shall follow by mail.
