- The Federal Bureau of Prisons - Federal Correctional Institution in Safford, Arizona seeking a qualified small business to provide on site service, maintenance, and consumable supplies for one Bennett HFQ6000P X-Ray machine with a Konica SRX-101A processor, and one Gendex GX-770 X-Ray machine with a Airtechniques A/T2000 processor a (NAICS 541990, Size Standard $6.5 Million in Revenue per year). The X-Ray machines are located at FCI Safford - 1529 W. U.S. Hwy 366, Safford, AZ 85546. The Contractor will be responsible providing one service visit per month to keep the X-Ray machines and processors at a functional/operational status, and supply the medical department with consumable supplies for each machine & processor. All Federal, State, and County laws shall be followed. Hard copies of the solicitation will be available to interested parties. This service will be a contractual arrangement and not a personnel appointment. Interested parties should know that the work involves entering the confines of a secured perimeter correctional facility, and that before entry is granted contractors will be required to pass a back ground investigation.
