- This is a Special Notice from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) regarding the OMB Circular A-76 Streamlined Competition involving the Office of Administration's Employee Service Center which was formally announced on FedBizOpps July 30, 2007 under "Reference-Number-STREAMLINEDA76ESC." Please be advised that this procurement is being conducted in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Subpart 8.4 - Federal Supply Schedules, utilizing General Services Administration (GSA) Office and Services Supply Schedule 738X, Human Resources, Category 595-21, Human Resources Services (Excluding EEO) and (OMB) Circular No. A-76. A copy of Solicitation Number R-OPC-23224 has been posted on the HUD website at www.hud.gov. Click on the "Contracts" link under the "Working with HUD" heading. Click on "Current HUD Contracting Opportunities" and scroll down and click on "Human Resources Services" to view a copy of the solicitation. THIS SPECIAL NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS OR A REQUEST FOR QUOTES AND IN NO WAY OBLIGATES THE GOVERNMENT TO AWARD A CONRACT OR TASK ORDER.
