- SPM4A608R0067, 3655-00-883-1219, CMF Regulator, Flow Water, used on Electrolytic oxygen generator, Model 6L16. This item is used in a mercury free environment and must adhere to the requirements as specified in mercury free drawing 13873-03-0001. A copy of this drawing will be available at DSCR and can be obtained via internet website: http://www.dscr.dla.mil/qap/html (all lower case). Approved Source of Supply, W. A. Kates Company, Cage 98235, Part Number, 5160. Critical and Commercial item Application. There are no surge requirements on the NSN. Solicitation is Unrestricted, resulting in Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for one (1) year plus four (4) option years. Automated Best Value System applies. The Guaranteed Minimum Quantity for Base year is six (6) each. The minimum delivery order quantity is 6 each and the maximum delivery order quantity is 24 each. For each option year, the minimum delivery order quantity is 6 each. The maximum delivery order is 24 each. FOB is Destination with Inspection and Acceptance at Destination. Requested delivery is 88 days ARO. The final contract award decision may be based upon Price, Past Performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. FOB is Destination with Inspection and Acceptance at Destination for all stock locations within the Continental United States (CONUS). Solicitation will issue on Oct 18, 2007 with a closing date of November 8, 2007.
