- Description
- The Contractor shall provide all labor, management, supervision, tools, material, and equipment required to perform Janitorial services, various locations, at Quantico Marine Corps Base, VA. This is an 8(a) set-aside competitive procurement that will be awarded for a period of 12 months. The Government shall have the option to extend the term of the contract services for four (4 ) additional periods of 12 months. The total contract term, including the exercise of any options shall not exceed 60 months. The applicable NAICS Code is 561720. The standard size is $12.0 million. The SIC code is 7349. This solicitation is a 100% 8(a) set-aside. This RFP (Request for Proposal) will be posted on the NAVFACENGCOM Electronic Solicitation (E-SOL) Website on or about August 15, 2006. Estimated bid opening shall be at least 30 days, on or about September 15, 2006, after the RFP is posted to the E-sol website. Once Posted, the solicitation will be available in electronic format only. All documents will be in the Adobe Acrobat (.pdf) file format via the Internet. The free Acrobat Reader, required to view .pdf files can be downloaded from the Adobe website. The official access to the solicitation is through the internet. The address is: http://esol.navfac.navy.mil. Contractors are encouraged to register for the solicitation when downloading from the website. Only registered contractors will be notified by email when amendments to the solicitation are issued.
