- Eielson AFB, Alaska has a requirement for sewage and septic pumping services. The contractor shall provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, and labor necessary to pump sewage-holding and septic tanks at Eielson Air Force Base, Alaska and locations at Blair and Birch Lakes. The request for quotation number is FA5004-07-T-0046 and will be made available to be downloaded at www.fedbizopps.gov. This action is 100 Percent (100%) set aside for small business concerns. The applicable North American Classification System (NAICS) code is 562991, with a business size standard of $6.5 mil. This solicitation will be issued electronically. It will be available only via the Federal Business Opportunities web site (www.fedbizopps.gov). Potential offerors are responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation package, as no paper copies will be furnished. No bidders mailing list will be maintained. Potential offerors should register at www.fedbizopps.gov in order to receive notification and/or changes to the solicitation. Interested contractors are encouraged to submit their contact information by registering as an interested vendor utilizing the Vendor Notification Service link within the Register to Receive Notification function. All Offerors MUST be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database.Offerors may obtain information on registration and annual confirmation requirements via the Internet at http://www.ccr.gov or by calling 1-888-227-2423 or 269-961-5757. Offers will be submitted on the Standard Form 1449 and must include as a minimum the items listed in FAR Clause 52.212-1 (b) (1-11) Instructions to Offerors - Commercial Items.
