- Description
- Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision and all other items or services necessary for leasing, maintenance, and repair services of Washers and Dryers, including cleaning of dryer ducts located at Lackland AFB, Lackland Training Annex, Wilford Hall Medical Center, and Kelly Field Annex. Contractor shall be responsible for delivery, installation, cleaning, maintenance, repair, removal, and relocation of contractor furnished washers and dryers. All machines shall be provide to the Government as leased equipment. The Government is anticipating awarding a commercial performance based contract under FAR 13.5 Test program for certain commercial items. A firm fixed price contract is contemplated with a Basic Period of Performance of 1 Oct 2007 through 30 Sep 2008, with three (3) one year options. This acquisition is a 100% Total Small Business Set Aside. The North American Industry Classification System code (NAICS) is 532210. The size standard is $6.5 million. The solicitation and Statement of Work must be downloaded from this website as no paper copies will be issued. The solicitation and Statement of Work will be available on or about 24 Aug 2007, using the commercial format (FAR 12). Potential offerors are responsible for monitoring this site for the release of the solicitation package and any other pertinent information. Award will be based on Performance Price Trade-Off procedures, resulting in the best value to the government. Interested parties must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) at http://www.ccr.gov as prescribed in DFAS 252.204-7004 and have their Online Representation and Certifications Application (ORCA) on record at https://orca.bpn.gov.
