- Description
- The General Service Administration seeks to lease approximately 16,100 rentable square feet of office and related use space, fully serviced, which will yield 14,000 useable square feet, and one (1) parking spot. The space must be located within the city limits of Albuquerque, NM, and within walking distance of public transportation. The proposed lease is for 10 years 5 firm, with occupancy no later than March 1, 2008. The offered space must meet GSA Life and Fire Safety Standards and the Architectural Barriers Act Accessibility Standards (ABAAS). The Government reserves the right to approve the design and will require its design excellence standards be achieved. Expressions of interest must be submitted in writing no later than October 12, 2007 and should include the following information: street address and building name, square footage offered, name, address and phone number of individual to be contacted; and evidence of authority to represent the owner if other than legal owner.
