- Synopsis for PBX Maintenance RFP - RASP replacement (GASP) The GSA FAS Northwest/Arctic Region has a requirement for regional telecommunications operations and maintenance services for fifty-five GSA owned and managed Nortel, Meridian 1 PBX systems, Meridian Mail voicemail systems & Call Pilot voicemail systems that provide integrated voice and data telecommunications service and access into the public switched network in Washington, Oregon, and Idaho. Services include the management, personnel, tools, transportation, supervision, training, and installation necessary to support the operation and maintenance of the PBX systems including voicemail, Automatic Call Distributor (ACD) applications, cable to include selected backbone, horizontal, and station; data, and all related peripherals. Support of dialtone service includes moves, adds, and changes (MACs); equipment installations (line cards, PRI cards, etc); cable installations; and the removal and relocation of systems as needed.
