Description
REQUIREMENT: The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) currently occupies space under a soon to expire lease in Cherry Hill, NJ. The IRS is conducting a competition for a replacement lease for this requirement. This space should yield approximately 22,758 BOMA USF of office space. Consideration for relocating this requirement will be taken upon analysis of the economics involved, including the cost of moving, tenant improvements, and impact on agency mission, among other items. LOCATION: The geographical area of consideration for this requirement is as follows: Starting at the intersection of S. Crescent Boulevard and W. Maple Avenue; North on W. Maple Avenue/E. Maple Avenue to W. Main Street/E. Main Street; East on Route 73 to Garden State Parkway; South on Route 70 to Marlton Pike; and West on S. Cresent Boulevard to W. Maple Avenue. OCCUPANCY: Space must be ready for occupancy no later than October 30, 2008. LEASE TERM: The lease term will be for up to 10 years.
