- Description
- Non-Personal Service Contract for Human Resource Services. Contractor shall provide Nurse Triage Answering Service on McConnell AFB. The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment and services for providing a 1-800 telephone based nurse advice line. All calls into the 22d MDG Telephone Triage Line (TTL) shall be answered by registered nurses utilizing nationally recognized and physician approved protocols and guidelines as the response resource. The service shall include all information from the calls which will be entered into a database for assessment, documented resolution, and/or further action by the patient?s Primary Care Manager Team (PCM) and/or the Referral Management Center. The contractor shall communicate with the patient?s PCM Teams, located at the 22d Medical Group on daily 22d MDG TTL activity. Contractor is responsible for assisting with other tasks in the Nurse Triage Answering Service IAW the Statement of Work. The solicitation will be posted on or about 19 Oct 2007. The base performance period is from 1 Dec 07 to 30 Sep 08 with four (4) twelve (12) month, option years.
