- *This solicitation has beeen cancelled* F1S0AR7179B001 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial service prepared IAW the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-19 and DFARs Change Notice (DCN) 2007-09-13. NAICS is 561790 with a small business size standard of $6,500,000 annual revenue. Solicitation is for commercial purchase. This acquisition is a 100% small business set-aside. AFFTC/PKEAB, Edwards Air Force Base, CA is seeking potential sources capable of providing the following service: Bird Dropping Removal and Disinfection REQUIREMENTS: Contractor will coordinate dates and time for the clean-up effort with the Program Manager to insure that activities do not impact on any on-going missions. The minimum clean-up envelop is: a)Inside Hangar - 21' (from south bay-door towards north side) x 13' High x 60' (from west wall towards east side). b)Outside Hangar - 15' (from south bay-door towards south side) x 18' High x 90' (from door pocket towards east side). Everything within this envelop must be clear of feces after each clean-up. Clean-up will be performed two times each month during FY 2008 (24 total visits). All work will be accomplished in accordance with all Federal, State, and Edwards AFB regulations. All workers will be paid at least the current Service Contract Act minimum wage rate for their defined activity. Place of performance is, Edwards AFB, CA 93524.
