- The New Mexico Veterans Affairs Health Care System (NMVAHCS), located in Albuquerque, New Mexico intends to negotiate a sole source contract with Galt Associates, 46040 Center Oak Plaza, Suite 100, Sterling VA on behalf of the VA Cooperative Studies Program Clinical Research Pharmacy Coordinating Center (VA CSPCRPCC) to provide annual software licensing and support of dsNavigator, IAT, Halo and Halo Signal which is a software application used to code adverse medical events (AE) and manage the variety of dictionaries, including MedDRA, used in that process at the VA Cooperative Studies Program (VA CSP). The term of the contract will be for a Base Year, plus 4 one year options for renewal. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. No solicitation document is available and telephone requests will not be accepted. However, any firm that believes it can meet the requirements may give written notification to the Contracting Officer within 10 calendar days from the date of publication of this synopsis. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability and qualifications of the firm to provide these services. If no responses are received, the NMVAHCS will proceed with the sole source negotiation with Galt Associates. NAICS Code: 541511, Size Standard is $23 million.
