- Description
- The Department Health and Human Service, U.S. Public Health Service, Division of Federal Occupational Health, Environmental Health Services Division, is seeking the contract services of Certified Industrial Hygienists (CIH), Industrial Hygienists (Non-Certified), Professional Engineers, Acoustical Engineers, Chemical Engineers, Professional Geologists, Certified Safety Professionals, Associate Safety Professionals, Safety & Health Specialists, Fire Protection Engineers, Hazardous Materials Managers and Technicians, Registered Sanitarians, Certified Health Physicists, Environmental Microbiologists, Microbiology Lab Technicians, Environmental Chemists, AHERA Building Inspectors and Management Planners, Professional Bio-Mechanical Specialists, Certified Ergonomists, Ecologists, Professional Materials Technology Consultants, Public Health Program Analysts, Public Health Program Assistants, Lead Based Paint Inspectors and Risk Assessors, Microbiology Laboratory Analytical Services, Epidemiologists, Environmental Project Management Analysts, Public Health Technical Writers, and Environmental Research Technicians to provide services to Federal agencies nationwide. Professionals from these various disciplines are needed to perform periodic project based environmental health related services. There is no guaranteed minimum level of work under these contracts. These are not full-time government employment positions. Individuals or companies who provide these services work as independent contractors to the federal government.
