- Description
- All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. The subject requirement is for acquisition of 5999-00-386-8379. See Note(s): 12 and 26. The requirement will result in an award of an Indefinite Delivery Purchase Order Contract for which delivery orders may be placed for FIVE years. The solicitation will be available in FedBizOpps on 10/16/2007 at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP/. The delivery for this acquisition will be on an FOB Destination basis. The final award decision will be based upon a evaluation of price, delivery, and past performance. This solicitation will be issued as Unrestricted and other than full and open competition. The approved sources are TYCO THERMAL CONTROLS LLC (06090) P/N D602-42 AND D602-44, NORTHRUP GRUMAN SYSTEMS (26512) P/N GC835GN1P AND GC835GN3P (92755) P/N 3880090-001, BAE SYSTEMS INFORMATION AND (94117) P/N 165118P3. The delivery requirement is 90 days and the quantity increments will cover 50 - 2500 each.
