- The Government intends to execute an unrestriced procurement for Liquid Nitrogen, Type II, Grade B, , MIL-PRF-27401D dated 03 Oct 95. The procurement will be for a one time purchase of Liquid Nitrogen, and lease of a 20 ton trailer with vaporization capability. Delivery shall be FOB Desination to the Naval Surface Warfare Center Cardrock Division, Philadelphia, PA. Potential Offerors should utilize the following schedule to submit their quotes.
