- Description
- Supply and delivery of Turbine fuel, Aviation (JP8), Diesel fuel, and Motor gasoline to locations in Western Iraq. Truck deliveries of turbine fuel, aviation (JP8), diesel fuel and motor gasoline with a minimum RON of 91 and minimum MON of 82 to Al Asad, Al Taqaddem, and Korean Village, Iraq from Jordan. Trucks must enter Iraq from Jordan. The initial delivery period is from 1 May 2008 through 30 April 2008, with two additional 6-month option periods. The estimated quantities (for the initial delivery period and the option periods) are 292,000,000 US Gallons of Turbine Fuel, Aviation (JP8), Specification MIL-DTL-83133E, Dated April 1, 1999, NSN: 9130-01-031-5816; 21,900,000 US Gallons of Diesel Fuel meeting or exceeding Tupras 400 specification, NSN: 9140-01-520-7119; 4,747,000 US Gallons of Motor Gasoline meeting or exceeding Tupras 240 Specification, NSN: 9130-01-272-0983. This solicitation will be available at www.fedbizopps.gov and the Defense Energy Support Center (DESC) home page www.desc.dla.mil on or about 16 October 2007. Faxed offers will not be accepted. Email offers will not be accepted. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered. One or more of the items under this acquisition may be subject to an agreement on Government procurement approved and implemented in the United States by the Trade Agreements Act of 1979. All offers shall be in the English language and in U.S. Dollars. All interested suppliers may submit an offer.
