- THIS IS A PRESOLICITATION NOTICE. The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center, Puget Sound has a Brand name or Equal requirement for one each Woodward Governor Test Stand Model 8909-053 in support of the Puget Sound Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility, Puget Sound (PSNS & IMF). This commercial firm fixed priced procurement will utilize FAR parts 12 and 13.5. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal or quotation which shall be considered by FISCPS. This procurement requires FOB destination to the PSNS & IMF, Bremerton within 30 days after date of contract. The referenced solicitation and any subsequent amendments is estimated to be posted 24 August 2007 to the NECO website: http://www.neco.navy.mil. Prospective offerors are responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation from this website and for frequently monitoring that site for any amendments. The Government is not responsible for any inability for the offeror to access the posted documents. No telephone or fax requests will be accepted, and no hard-copy solicitation/amendments will be mailed or faxed. Electronic submission of proposals is not available at this time.
