- The Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS), Management Services Division (MSD), Facilities, Property, and Management Team (FPM), requires the services of a moving/laborer company to carryout daily labor and relocation services for NRCS personnel located in National Headquarters as described in the scope of work. National Headquarters consists of the Reporters, Yates, South, and Whitten buildings and Cotton Annex in Washington, D.C. and the George Washington Carver Center in Beltsville, MD.
