- Lolo National Forest, Fishtrap Lake Campground Reconstruction. **Price Range = Less Than $25,000.00. Project is set-aside for emerging small business which is a business whose size is no greater than 50% of the NAICS size standard identified in the solicitation. **Campground Reconstruction Project. Work includes obliteration of some existing camp spurs, constructing new camp spurs, removing and replacing bollards, gaveling new spurs and roadway. **PRE-QUOTE MEETING - scheduled for JULY 9, 2007 at 1:00 P.M. at the Plains Ranger Station.
