Contracting Office Address General Services Administration, RPPD, Contracts Section, 9PM-FC, 450 Golden Gate Avenue, 4th Floor East, San Francisco, CA 94102 Description REQUIREMENT: The United States Government seeks to lease approximately 7,935 Rentable Square Feet (RSF) of space to yield 6,900 ANSI/BOMA square feet of contiguous office and related space in Thousand Oaks, CA. along with one (1) reserved on-site parking spaces. An additional 40 parking spaces should be available within a 3 block radius of the proposed site. The offered space must meet Government requirements for security, fire safety and handicapped accessibility. The facility or site must provide convenient access to regularly scheduled public transportation, moderately priced restaurants, and other amenities within three (3) blocks. Buildings offered must be of modern design in professional well-maintained surroundings, of sound and substantial construction capable of being altered or constructed to meet the Government?s specifications, and must be fully-serviced. Occupancy is desired for March 1, 2008. LEASE TERM: Lease term is ten (10) years, five (5) years firm. DELINEATED AREA: Thousand Oaks, California. Expressions of interest should include the following: (1) building address and floor location; (2) rentable square feet and rate per rentable square foot; (3) BOMA method of measurement, usable yield for available space by floor, and building common area factor; and (4) 1/8? scale drawing of floor plate if available. Brokers and agents may represent prospective landlords but must provide written evidence that they are authorized to represent the owner of the building.
