- This posting constitutes the U.S. Military Academy's notice of intent to award on a sole source basis a purchase order to The MathWortks, Inc., 3 Apple Hill Drive, Natick, MA, 01760-2098, to provide MATLAB software licenses to the Informational and E ducational Technology Division for curriculum support for the Academy. The estimated award amount is $26,000.00. The statutory authority for other than full and open competition is 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), only one responsible source and no other supplies o r services will satisfy agency requirements. The applicable NAICS Code is 511210 and the size standard is $23M. See Numbered Note 22. Insert 2 days in lieu of 45 days in Note 22. This is not a request for quotation or a solicitation for offers. There will be no solicitation available.
