- This is a performance based janitorial service contract. Contractor will furnish all necessary labor, supervision, equipment, materials, supplies and incidentals necessary to clean the Supervisor?s Office located at 125 N. Main Street, Chadron, NE 69337. The main office contains approximately 12000 square feet of floor area, approximately 10300 square feet is carpeted and approximately 1700 square feet is tile or linoleum. The new addition will be approximately 2000 square feet of floor area approximately 1500 square feet is carpeted and approximately 500 square feet will be ceramic tile or rubberized mats. Service will run from December 3, 2007 until November 28, 2008. Current contract price is $10,920. A pre-quote tour is scheduled for Monday, October 15, 2007 at 10am at 125 N. Main Street, Chadron, NE 69337. The procurement requires the use of biobased products to the extent that such products are reasonably available, meet agency or relevant industry performance standards, and are reasonably priced. Where available, these products should first be acquired from among qualified products that fall under the umbrella of items designated through the Federal Biobased Products Preferred Procurement Program (FB4P).
