- This solicitation will contain one NSN: 4010-00-149-5617 for an Anchor Chain. It will be solicited for award of a Firm Fixed Price Contract. The quantity is 18 SO w/100% option. FOB is Destination; Inspection/Acceptance is Origin; 163 days ARO TO INCLUDE FIRST ARTICLE CONTRACTOR TESTING 60 DAYS TO SUBMIT TEST AND 60 DAYS FOR EVALUATION. This requirement is coded 1-G, fully open and competitive. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation issue date is on or about October 16, 2007. The anticipated award date is December 17, 2007 This will not be located on the Procurement Gateway. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Internet Bid Board System at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil on the issue date cited in the RFP. DIBBS is a web-based application that provides the capability to search for, view, and submit quotes/proposals on requests for proposals (RFPs) for items of supply included in the DLA Business System Modernization (BSM) program.
