- Description
- The National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) intends to solicit and negotiate on a sole source basis with LexisNexis, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. LexisNexis is teh sole provider of Shepards's Citations. This publication has a solid reputation for ensuring thorough and accurate citation research, particularly labor law citations. NLRB must have continued and unlimited, simultaneous access thorugh the internet, to Shepard's legal citators, particularly Shepard's Labor Law Citations. NO SOLICITATION OR REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS (RFQ) IS AVAILABLE. Notwithstanding, any firm that believes it is capable of satisfying NLRB's requirements may submit a written capabilities statement, which will be considered for furture requirements. A determination not to compete the requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
