- Description
- The National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) intends to solicit and negotiate on a sole source basis with West the Bureau of National Affairs (BNA), under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. BNA is the sole provider and publisher of Daily Labor Report (DLR). DLR is a pulication that ensures NLRB attorneys get daily news adn updates on issues regarding the National Labor Relations Act and other labor-related matters. BNA is the sole provider, publisher and copyright holder of print titles, Labor Relations Reporter, Collective Bargaining Negotiations and Contracts, US Law Week, Government Employee Relations Report, ABA/BNA Lawyers Manual on Professional Conduct, Developing Labor Law - 2007 Suplement, Directory of US Labor Organization - 2008 ed, and the Labor and Employment Law Library (LELW). NO SOLICITATION OR REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS (RFQ) IS AVAILABLE. Notwithstanding, any firm that believes it is capable of satisfying NLRB's requirements may submit a written capabilities statement, which will be considered for furture requirements. A determination not to compete the requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
