- Description
- The National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) intends to solicit and negotiate on a sole source basis with West Publishing Corporation, 610 Opperman Drive, Eagan, MN, 55123-1340, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. West Publishing Corporation provides a subscription to Westlaw, which offers computer-assisted legal research services that contains a comprehensive collection of federal and state case law, statues, legislative history of the statues, regulations, administrative codes, and law review articles; an exclusive Personnel Library, which provides attorneys with a full spectrum of personnel law research information. Includes up-to-date, unified sources statutes, regulations, decisions and opinions (including historical and archieved documents) in the civilian personnel area. KeyCite features that warns users of bills pending in Congress that may affect the statue that users are researching. NLRB must have continued and unlimited, simultaneous access thorugh the internet, to Westlaw's proprietary online legal databases, American Law Reports, West Key Number and headnote integration with primary law materials, Federal briefs and WestCheck/CiteLink to conduct legal research adn prepare legal documents related to the National Labor Relations Act, legal research adn prepare documents related to Federal Employment Law and Arbitration, legal research and prepare documents related to Government Contracts, in addition to related administrative research required by NLRB personnel. NO SOLICITATION OR REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS (RFQ) IS AVAILABLE. Notwithstanding, any firm that believes it is capable of satisfying NLRB's requirements may submit a written capabilities statement, which will be considered for furture requirements. A determination not to compete the requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
