Box 2000, 12953 South Minuteman Drive, Draper, UT 84020-2000 SUBJECT: Catered Meals SOLICITATION NUMBER: WP7TT0-7267-0100 QUOTE DUE DATE: 10 October 2007 POC: Linda Duvall, Contracting Officer, (801)523-4091 DESCRIPTION: This a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, quot es are hereby requested. A written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement will be 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code will be 722320, size standard is $6.5M. REQUIREMENT: Catered Meals (Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner) starting 20 October 2007 10 November 2007; approximately Seven Thousand Five-Hundred and Twenty-Five Meals (7,525); feeding locations: South Jordan, UT and Riverton, UT. Interested vendors may re quest a copy of the Statement of Work, along with the exact Feeding Dates, by e-mailing Linda Duvall @ Linda.duvall@us.army.mil. Funds are not presently available for this contract. The Governments obligation under this contract is contingent upon the a vailability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability of the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Con tractor received notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer. Selection will be based on the following evaluation factors in no order of importance: (1) offerors capability to provide a quality product that meets the Government needs; (2) past performance, caliber of offerors performance on previous contracts of a similar nature; and (3) total cost and/or price. ADDITIONAL INFO RMATION: In accordance with FAR 52.212-1(k), prospective awardee shall be registered and active in the CCR database prior to award. If the offeror does not become registered in the CCR database by the due date/time of quote, the Contracting Officer will proceed to award to the next otherwise successful registered offeror.
