- Description
- Naval Air Systems Command, Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, Patuxent River, Maryland, has a requirement for an installation kit for the APS-148 Radar System in support of the PMA-290F Integrated Product Team and the Pakistan Navy P-3C Upgrade Program. The Government intends to contract on a sole souce basis with L-3 Communication Integrated Systems, 7500 Maehr Rd., Waco, TX 76715-4820. L-3 designed and installed the APS-148 Radar System on US Navy Aircraft, and the L-3 installation kit is the only kit that has been designed and certified by the US Navy for the installation of the APS-148 Radar System. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all received within 15 days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. Note 22 applies. NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (26-JUL-2007).
