- This synopsis is for the procurement of 26 sets of AN/APN 241 Group B sets and three line items of replenishment spares. Each Group B Set consists of 1 EA of the following eight items: NSN: 5985-01-431-7446LG, Part Number: 788R330G01, Noun: Antenna NSN: 5841-01-522-4261LG, Part Number: 780R290G04, Noun: RTP NSN: 5975-01-501-0119LG, Part Number: 780R164G03, Noun: Mount NSN: 5841-01-396-4257LG, Part Number: 780R401G01, Noun: Nav Display NSN: 5841-01-396-6995LG, Part Number: 780R404G01, Noun: Pilots Control Panel NSN: 5841-01-433-2212LG, Part Number: 780R405G03, Noun: Nav Control Panel NSN: 5841-01-413-6850LG, Part Number: 780R402G03, Noun: Pilots Display Control Panel NSN: 5895-01-396-4258LG, Part Number: 780R406G01, Noun: Cursor Control The spare parts are as follows: NSN: 5841-01-522-3870LG, Part Number: 824R061G10, Noun: Radar Set Subassy, Qty: 21 EA NSN: 5998-01-433-9518LG, Part Number: 788R102G01, Noun: Electronic Component, Qty: 7 EA NSN: 5895-01-433-6969LG, Part Number: 780R191G01, Noun: Synchronizer, Electric, Qty: 19 EA Government’s required delivery for Group B sets is as follows: deliveries will start 14 months after award of contract at a rate of six sets per month. Required delivery for spares is 31 Dec 2007. A firm fixed price requirement is contemplated for all items. The approximate RFP issue date is 13 April 07, with response by 14 May 07. The Government does not own the data for this procurement. Authority: 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), Justification: Supplies or services required are available from only one or a limited number of responsible source(s) and no other type of supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one, or a limited, number of sources under the authority of FAR 6.302.
