- UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT Seeks to Lease Office Space Woodville, Texas The United States Government seeks to lease office and related space for use by the National Park Service (NPS) in Woodville, Texas. The space should yield approximately 1,896 ANSI BOMA usable square feet (USF) / 2,180 rentable square feet (RSF). The proposed lease is for a ten (10) year / five (5) year firm term and should be fully serviced. The delineated area is within the city limits of Woodville, Texas. The offered space must be capable of meeting the following requirements: * Occupancy no later than December 1, 2007. * A fenced wareyard * Reserved parking for ten (10) Government vehicles * Government requirements for Fire Safety and Handicapped Accessibility To demonstrate potential for efficient layout, the offeror may be requested to provide a test fit layout at the offeror's expense. Buildings that contain asbestos or PCB materials will not be considered. The building must not be located in a flood plain. Expressions of interest must be submitted in writing and should include the following information at a minimum (this is not an invitation for bids or a request for proposals): * Building name/address * Location of space in the building and date of availability * ANSI/BOMA defined office area/usable square feet (USF) * Rentable Square Feet (RSF) offered and rental rate per square foot, specifying included services, utilities, and tenant improvement allowance * Name, address, telephone number, and email address of authorized contact The General Services Administration (GSA) is using a tenant broker to represent the Government in lease negotiations for this transaction. In no event shall a potential offeror enter into negotiations or discussions concerning a space to be leased with representatives of any federal agency other than the authorized officers and employees of the GSA or their authorized representative, Jones Lang LaSalle Americas, Inc.
