- Description
- Treasury Inspector General for Tax Administration, through the Bureau of the Public Debt, intends to issue a Sole-Source Purchase order to American Tower Corporation, 10 Presidential Way, Woburn, MA 01801-103, for antenna site space rental at the following two locations: Site Name - Shaw Butte AZ1 AZ, Site Number - 8235, Address -1410 West Sunnyside Drive, Phoenix, AZ 85029, Coordinates - Lat 33-35-42 N Long. 112-5-13 W; Site Name - Kansas City ? kmxv, Site Number 3201, Address - 6621 East 58th Street, Kansas City, MO 64129, Coordinates ? Lat. 39-0-56.52 N. Log. 94-30-24.96 W. The purchase order will be issued as a base plus four option periods. Due to the uniqueness of this requirement and the geographical location of these towers, no other locations are acceptable. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are not being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Government intends to solicit only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. Substitutions will not be accepted. This service is being solicited and awarded as a commercial item in accordance with FAR 13.5. The notice of intent is not a request for quote. NO SOLICITATION DOCUMENT IS AVAILABLE. Public Debt will consider all written responses received no later than 12:00 p.m. EDT, October 1, 2007. If no written response is received that clearly demonstrates the ability to meet all requirements and that it is more advantageous to the Government, we will make a sole-source award to American Tower Corporation. Note 22 applies.
