- Under the authority of 10 USC 2304(c) (1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy the agency requirements. The Logistics Support Contracting Division, Marine Corps Logistics Command, Albany, GA intends to award a five year sole source contract to Flow International Corporation, 23430 64th Ave S, Kent,WA 98032-2618. This procurement is intended to provide preventive maintenance of Flow International Corporation Water Jet Cutter. The Water Jet Cutter is a sole source product of Flow International Corporation. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. The solicitation number is assigned for administrative purposes only and no solicitation document exists. If no responses, which meet the Government requirements, are receiv ed within seven (7) days after publication of this synopsis, a contract will be placed without further notice.
