- This is a notice of the Governments intent to solicit, negotiate and award a sole source (Note 22) contract to Welch Allyn, Beaverton, OR 97008 for Acuity Evergreen Service Plan. POP: 1 OCT 2007 THRU 30 SEP 2010. This is not a set-aside for small business. This notice is an urgent requirement for Keller Army Hospital @ West Point, NY 10996.
