- This is a for a commercial item, to be awarded to the Research Electronics International. This is a sole source procurement under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. Description is as follows: Non-personal services. Provide all labor, travel, material, supervision, equipment, disposal, transportation, and administration necessary for High Gain Orion Non-Linear Junction Detectors. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit quotations. This notic e of intent is not a request for quotations. Interested parties that believe they can meet these needs must supply information about their capabilities no later than 1200 CST on 27 Sept 07. If no responses are received be the above date, a sole source cont ract with the Research Electronics International will be pursued.
