- This is a pre-solicitation notice for Behavioral Health Specialists. The Government anticipates awarding personal services contracts for the following: (3) Social Workers at Camp Casey, Camp Humphries and Camp Walker and (2) Psychiatrists and (2) Ps ychologists (1 Adult and 1 Child) at the 121st General Hospital Yongsan Garrison. Social Workers Solicitation No. W91QVN-07-R-0464 Psychiatrists Solicitation No. W91QVN-07-R-0465 Psychologists Solicitation No. W91QVN-07-R-0466 The Government is also considering awarding to a Behavioral Health Provider that can furnish adequate supervision, labor, materials, supplies and equipment necessary to perform all the services contemplated under this contract. The contractor shall provid e the following: (3) Social Workers at Camp Casey, Camp Humphries and Camp Walker and (2) Psychiatrists and (2) Psychologists (1 Adult and 1 Child) at the 121st General Hospital Yongsan Garrison. The anticipated performance period will be a twelve month base year with four twelve month options periods. These acquisitions will be solicited as a Request for Proposal (RFP), source selection to be conducted in accordance with FAR Part 15. A firm-fixe d price type contract will result from this solicitation. Estimated RFP issue date is 12 October 2007. This will be an electronic solicitation release. No hard copies will be mailed. Solicitation, amendments and other miscellaneous documents will be po sted to FedBizOpps (http://eps.gov). It is the responsibility of each offeror to review the web page for notice of amendments, updates or changes to current information. This acquisition will be conducted using full and open competition procedures. All prospective contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) in order to be eligible for award.
