- ***************************************************************** This presolicitation notice is cancelled due to availability through mandatory government sources ***************************************************************** The Government has a commodities requirement for Air Battle Uniform (ABU) Pants and ABU shirts . The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 315999 with a size standard of 500 Employees; the SIC code is 8470. This requirement is unrestricted. The contract will be a single award, Firm-Fixed-Price type contract. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. The incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through [Federal Register: February 13, 2007 (Volume 72, Number 29)]. The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials, tools, parts, shipping, and all other items necessary to provide the following items: Line Item 0001: ABU Pants; QTY 1160, Line Item 0002: ABU Shirts; QTY 1160 (For exact sizes please email william.chang@hurlburt.af.mil or call 850-884-1270) FOB: Destination for delivery to Bldg 91151 633 Independence Dr, Hurlburt Field, FL 32544. The following provisions and clauses apply to this acquisition and will remain in full force in any resultant award: FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors?Commercial Items. It is amended to read: Offeror shall submit signed and dated offer to 1 SOCONS/LGCC, Attn: 2Lt William Chang, 350 Tully St Bldg 90339, Hurlburt Field FL 32544-5810 NLT 28 Sep 2007; 4:00 PM central standard time. Submit signed and dated quotations on company letterhead or quotation form and marked with solicitation number F2FT147263A001. Offer may be faxed to 850-884-2041. The government reserves the right to evaluate proposals and award a contract without discussions with offerors.
