- Description
- The purpose for this amendment is to change closing date FROM: 04 Oct 2007 TO: 27 Sep 2007 at 2:00 P.M. all other terms and condition remain unchanged. The 301st Operational Contracting at NAS JRB Fort Worth, Texas intends to award a Delivery or Purchase order under Simplified Acquisition Procedure (SAP) this is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format outlined in the FAR Subparts 12.6 and 13.5, as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number is FA6675-07-T-0016 and is issued as a request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document, incorporated provisions, and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition circular (FAC) 2005-16 and Defense Acquisition Circular (DAC) 91-13, and DFAR Change Notice (DFN) 20070212. This solicitation is unrestricted, subject to FAR Subpart 19.10, Small Business Competitive Demonstration program. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 333315 with size standard of 750 Employees. The selected contractor will provide all materials, labor, tools, and transportation to successfully: provide 50 copying machines all machines should have a copy speed of 15 letter size (8.5"X 11") copies per minute. And should be capable of producing at least 1,000 to 5,000 copies per month and be controllable from copier manager's computer workstation. Contractor should provide maintenance agreement as an option to cover 48 Months.
