- TITLE: CONSTRUCTION (WPAFB) ? Demo Existing Modular Office Building with Removal of Electricity & Install New Modular Office, to incorporate New Installation of Electricity and HVAC for bldg 30258 Area C, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base Ohio. DESCRIPTION: - 88CS/SCMTR, Bldg 30258, Area C Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio Solicitation Number: FA8601-07-R-0062 Period of Performance is under 60 days. NAICS CODE: 238390 Price Range: $25,000.00 to $100,000.00 THIS IS 100% HUBZONE SET ASIDE PROCUREMENT Scope of Work: Description of Services Requirement. 1). The contractor shall provide the service of the demolition of the existing modular office and install a 21? x 34? modular office within a second room with the dimension of 9? 6? X 21, two doors and three full panel windows in the wall facing the wire cage. The walls shall be 9 feet high, 3? thick with vinyl covered drywall over polystyrene core to give us and R-value of 11 in the walls. A floor to ceiling wall system, consisting of a 20 gage metal framing system with 5/8? pre-finished vinyl covered drywall attached with concealed clipping modular system. Office Modular that is self-contained portable to used office conditioned office directly on a cement slab. 5/8? mineral board ceiling tile with 20 recessed light fixtures and 20-110volt electrical outlets, 10 conduit boxes and stub ups for telephone and computer lines. The contractor shall prep and level the floor and install 714 square Feet of 1/8? commercial grade VTC tile the customer?s has a choice of standard colors to choose from the contractor. 2). The contractor shall provide the service of the demolition of the existing electrical wiring of the modular office and installing Electrical connection to the new modular office. The new modular office shall receive 16 2? x4? recessed light fixtures 7 110volt outlets, 2 single pole switches, 2 new ballast for egress lighting, and provide all necessary conduit and wiring down column to new furniture connection. Install 1 new 60 amp single phase circuit and disconnect switch to the new HVAC. Install 1 new 20amp single phase circuit and NEMA 3R disconnect switch to newly installed condensing unit. 3). The contractor shall provide the installation of the fire alarms and updating of the software and programming of the existing fire alarm panel. Installation of materials for the new modular office as follows: install 2 new A/V units and 2 new smoke detectors as per the scaled drawings. 4). The contractor shall provide the installation of the HVAC system of the following a new 13 seer system with the condenser unit setting out side of the building on a concrete pad and the ductwork ran through the drop ceiling with 2? x 2? diffusers installed in the drop ceiling.
