- This is a proposed acquisition for the purchase of an Emergency Response Shelter System for Keesler Air Force Base, MS. The anticipated date the solicitation will be posted to http://www.fedbizopps.gov is 27 Sep 07. The solicitation will be set aside 100% for small businesses.
