- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Therefore, this synopsis shall serve as a request for quote (RFQ) numbered F2MUTS7256A001. The Air Force Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance Agency (AF ISR Agency) wishes to acquire the items indicated herein on a sole source basis in accordance with FAR 6.302, 10 USC 2304 (c) (1). Justification: Supplies or services required are available only from one responsible source, Dynamic Sciences International, Inc., 6130 Variel Ave, Woodland Hills CA 91367-3721. Pricing is required for the following CLINS: 0001, Repair of R-1550 Receiver, 1 EA. Stock List Price: $133,156. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals, however, all proposals received prior to the date of closure will be considered by the Government. This requirement is NOT set-aside for small business. The North American Industrial Classification (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 334515, 500 employees. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 2005-19 (effective 17 Sep 07), FAC 2005-20 (effective 6 Sep 07) and DCN 20070913. The following provisions/clauses apply to this acquisition: FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors ? Commercial Items; FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions -- Commercial Items; and FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes Or Executive Orders -- Commercial Items. FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation -- Commercial Items applies. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: technical capability to meet the Government?s requirement, price, and delivery date. Offerors are to include a completed copy of the provision at FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items, with their offer.
