- Description
- Notice of Intent to award a Limited Sources Procurement. The Government intends to issue a sole source award for the purchase of the following: ZON Mark 5 with receiver, ZON Tripod 4', Solar/Battery/Case Kit,99 Channel Hand Held Transmitters. The 55th Contracting Squadron intends to award a contract by other than full and open competition in accordance with Subpart 8.405-6(b)(1) to Margo Horticultural Supplies. Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination not to compete this proposed procurement was made because of the unique nature of the air cannons needed.
