- The Drug Enforcement Administration has a requirement for: 1. Install approximately 8' high galvanized chain link fence 2. (4) 4' single gates 3. Top rail with bottom coil wire 4. Fence will attach to existing gate entrance and follow around building attaching to existing line of fence behind building Price should include: 5. Permit 6. Performance and Payment Bond 7. Construction Stakeout/ Engineering 8. Maintenance of Traffic/Traffic Control 9. Clearing of Fence Lines 10. Private Utility Locate(Miss Utility) 11. Fine Grading/Seeding Finished Work The acquisition will be conducted through the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. All quotes must be received by the closing date of September 27, 2007, 2:00P.M. Eastern Standard Time(EST). No solicitation is available.
