- Description
- The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Convergint Technologies, LLC under the authority of FAR 6.302 for the procurement of a Software Upgrade Package. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government to not compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received from interested parties will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Software Upgrade Package for the ONSSI (On Net Surveillance System Inc) NETDVMS IP video recording software. Included in this package is the need to upgrade 286 device licenses to operate with the ONSSI software. ATF also will procure an additional 100 device licenses to operate with the most current version of ONSSI NETDVMS IP recording software. This should include installation support for the SUP and the additional licenses. Award will be based on meeting the specifications listed and it will be on an All or None basis. This requirement is Set-Aside for Small Businesses. The NAICS code is 334310 with a small business size. Awardee must be registered in the Department of Defense?s (DOD) Central Contractor Registration database (CCR) for electronic Funds Transfer (EFT).
