- SYNOPSIS: ****************************************************************** AVAILABILITY OF FUNDS- Funds are not presently available for this requirement. The Governments obligation under the request for quote is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made; therefore, no award can or will be made for this requirement until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel the solicitation, either before or after the offer closing date. ****************************************************************** PROJECT TITLE: Spray Polyurethane foam/silicone elastometric roofing repairs. SCOPE: The work covered in this project includes all materials, labor, equipment, supervision, and all operations necessary to provide roof repairs to Ship Storage building #273, United States Coast Guard Training Center, Cape May, New Jersey. In general the work includes but is not limited to the following: 1.1. Provide and install approximately 1584 square feet of spray polyurethane foam/silicone elastometric roofing system to a one story concrete and block building. 1.2. Mobilization, demobilization and clean up. 1.3. Provide all labor, material, equipment, supervision and all other incidentals necessary to complete the work. Period of Performance shall be 45 days after issuance of Notice to Proceed. This procurement is estimated BELOW $25,000.00 and is a Total Set-Aside for Small Business Firms. The NAICS code for this procurement is 238160 with a size standard of $13 million. All responsible sources may submit an offer that will be considered by the agency. All work shall be performed in accordance with USCG specifications, drawings, provisions, clauses and the terms and conditions which will be provided when all Request for Quote (RFQ) solicitation document files become available for download on or after 10 OCTOBER 2007 exclusively from the Internet by accessing the Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps) website at: http://www.fbo.gov. If it does not appear on that date, please check back daily. The date set for receipt of offers is approximately 30 DAYS AFTER THE POSTING OF THE RFQ SOLICITATION TO FBO. These dates are estimated and may change. NOTE: NO TELEPHONE, FACSIMILE, E-MAIL AND/OR WRITTEN REQUESTS FOR SOLICITATIONS OR POSTING STATUS SHALL BE ACCEPTED. Our office no longer issues solicitations or amendments in paper form. Hard copies of the solicitation are not available.
