- Description
- The purpose of this amendment is to provide an extension of the proposal due date, correct inconsistencies and errors in the original solicitation document, and provide answers to questions. Solicitation RFP FOHS2007REGBC is hereby amended as follows: 1) The due date for proposals is hereby extended to October 19, 2007, 12:00 PM Eastern Time. This is the maximum extension the Government can allow without damaging both the acquisition process in evaluating the proposals properly and continuity of service. 2) Section K is hereby added to the RFP. 3) Document "RFP FOHS2007REGBC Amendment 1" is hereby uploaded and provided, including revisions and corrections to provide clarity to Sectiond B-M. The document hereby supersedes and replaces the original RFP document's Sections A-M in their entirety. 3) Attachment D- Pricing Tables is hereby uploaded and provided in (.doc) Microsoft Word to allow for greater ease in business proposal preparation. They are identical to the tables listed in Section B of RFP FOHS2007REGBC Amendment 1. 4) Attachment E- Q&A is hereby uploaded to provide answers to questions submitted regarding this RFP.
