- Description
- This is a modification to change the solicitation number from SPM4M1-07-R-0645 to SPM4M1-08-R-0023. PR No: 0016073377. This solicitation will contain 1 NSN for an Amplifier, Electronic. This solicitation will be solicited for award of a definite quantity firm fixed price contract. There is one approved source of supply: Hades Manufacturing Corp, CAGE: 51578. The NSN, Part Number, and Quantity are as follows: NSN 6110-01-383-4029; P/N: NCA 150-1; Quantity: 253 each. RFP#: SPM4M1-O7-R-0645. The requested delivery schedule cited in the RFP is FOB Destination, Inspection/Acceptance at Destination, Delivery 75 DARO. This will be solicited as unrestricted based on other than full and open competition. Specifications, plans or drawings related to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. In accordance with 10 U. S. C. 2304 (c) (1), other than full and open competition applies. Reference notes 22, 23 and 26.
