- Description
- The Government intends to award IAW FAR 6.302-1(a), a contract on a sole source basis to Tririga Inc. Tririga is the proprietary OEM of FACILITY CENTER software and does not allow third party maintenance of its software after the initial purchase year. Therefore, Tririga is the only available source for this action with regard to second year and subsequent maintenance. As Tririga is the Sole Source of providing the subsequent year maintenance of their wholly owned and PROPRIETARY Facilities Center Software system, TRIRIGA is the ONLY option available for providing this critical support for subsequent year maintenance.
