- ****The amendment is to cancel this combined synopsis/solicitation because the government did not properly list the salient characteristics required to verify an or equal product.******* This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared IAW the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-19 and DFARs Change Notice (DCN) 2007-08-28. NAICS is 334210 with a small business size standard of 1000 employees. Solicitation is for commercial purchase of brand name or equal. This acquisition is a 100% small business set-aside. AFFTC/PKEAD, Edwards Air Force Base, CA is seeking offers for the following parts manufactured by Cisco. Brand name or equal is acceptable.
