- The purpose of this amendment is to re-open this combined synopsis/solicitation for Medical Waste to state the reduction in the requirement. The solicitation has changed from and to the following:****NO FURTHER QUESTIONS AND/OR CLARIFICATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED**** Change From: Quotes should support the following (1) 8 gallon pharmaceutical container, (1) 20 gallon Chemo container, (1) 20 gallon pathological container, (3) 90 gallon Biohazard container, any minimum service call charges, any price per pound charges and all other associated costs for the once a week (Tuesday Pick-Up) of Medical Waste for Vandenberg AFB, CA. Change To: Quotes should support the following (1) 20 gallon pathological container, (2) 90 gallon Biohazard container, any minimum service call charges, any price per pound charges and all other associated costs for the once a week (Tuesday Pick-Up) of Medical Waste for Vandenberg AFB, CA. Change From: All quotes must be sent to Jackie Leonard at jacqueline.leonard@vandenberg.af.mil or faxed to 805-606-8373 no later than 10:00 AM PST, Tuesday, 18 Sept 07.
